What on earth are you talking about? I'd just host the .ipa on my website and tell my existing users to install it. Easy and done. Instead in this insane reality I have to pay Apple $100 every year for the privilege of distributing

Comcast also doesn't restrict all its users to exclusively acquire software from the Comcast Store™. Apple does.

No, that would be absolutely absurd. The only thing that would be fair is for Apple and Google to allow third party stores without restricting them. I'll just put an .apk or .ipa file on my website and be done with these ridiculous sto

They already charge an absurd amount for the privilege. $100/year just to have access to the store. Google only charges $25 once. So Apple is already infinitely more expensive with their reoccurring cost.

Fortunately some rando site or SaaS app doesn't have the leverage to force me to implement additional garbage! Apple does, and did. I'm still surprised that this didn't trigger an antitrust investigation like when Microsoft a

Wow, I'm so glad that apple forced me to implement this broken garbage into my apps! For those not aware, some time ago apple decided it would be a good idea to develop their own sing in system, and then force all apps on their store (
