Honestly, some of these, like the ATP synthase, spin/move slower than I expected. The ATP synthase spins at ~700 Hz. I'm not sure what I was expected, but it was in the tens of kilohertz.

Amazing. Have the goals of the project changed over time, or is it still to generate molecules that fit a certain shape/function based on a number of known building blocks?

This is really fantastic. I've played around with Obsidian periodically, but it's difficult to groom and maintain. This approach seems more manageable. I'd like to start using this, but at the same time you likely won't

I have a habit of getting over-excited by announcements like this, but... this is very exciting! Hopefully lattice-confinement fusion would be much more compact than other methods. I wonder how much more compact.

I'm a big fan of the goal of making web apps as featureful and as powerful as native apps. Eventually, when we get wasm interface types, I'd like to see these apis available directly in wasm or at least, through a wasi module.

Has repl.it ever thought about supporting self-hosted repls? I would kill for a repl.it interface to my servers, even if it only supported one or a few languages.

I really, really wish that there was something to the emdrive/mach effect drive/etc, but alas, physical theories do not exist to make our lives better.

What you've linked to is evidence that our understanding of gravity is wrong OR there is dark matter.

Those are evidence for our physics not actually matching reality, not evidence for dark matter specifically.

Honestly, I'm a little tired of the whole dark matter thing. There's no evidence for it, and physicists keep coming up with more and more complex models to fit the data when they don't actually understand what's going on

You're getting some downvotes, but I actually agree with this. The next ten or twenty years are going to be the most exciting so far, and then it only goes up from there.
