Creating MPAs with HTMX is simpler than the SPA approach and makes it so you don't need a "monolith" on the front end. For personal offline first web apps I build I do it this way, except with JS: https://news.ycom

I've created an offline-first web app which is based on service workers. I've created another one that could be pushed to the back end (like on Node.js) that would be just a straight MPA app. I guess both of them could be pushed t

I wrote a js lib similar to HTMX, which I call HTMF[1]. Unlike HTMX I try to stay as close to the metal of the current semantics as possible. So, all interactions are based off of forms. I also tried to keep the wording similar to HTML/

I'm working on something like this. Not really a framework though. More of a hodgepodge of JS that I've written and the front end logic would be something like HTMX/Behavior.js style of coding. It will be a progressively enha

Stage0 doesn't have to look so gnarly, if you are not doing diffs but just updating directly. This web app I've been working on doesn't look so bad[^1]. Note that I made part of the library compile time and part of it is runt

Thanks for the write up. I didn't know you could use Redis as a primary data store that is reliable enough to put in production. It has really made me curious into how to model outside of a SQL database. My next personal project I thin

So, why not use KeyDB if you need even higher throughput? Supposedly it is supposed to get 5 times the performance.

One thing that is missing from Go is computation expressions (in C# 7.0 async/await was generalized to a computation expression). Computation expressions are extremely powerful feature in F# which introduced the idea of async/awai

An alternative to this is [intercooler.js]( http://intercoolerjs.org ). Not sure if it is quite as powerful or robust (as an Elixir backend) but if you don't have the time or inclination to learn Elixir (which I do think is a

John Taylor Ghatto & John Holt have already laid down in great detail of the problems of government schooling and solutions to those problems as illustrated in many of the comments in this thread.
