Pretty sure this could be part of the answer to the pros/cons debate of working remotely... productivity vs collaboration.

My inner-management-consultant-child just shed a little tear thinking about how many times I've had to redo work lost to coworkers editing the wrong emailed version.

Sounds like what we need... a way to enable a payment from one of our customers to another. Not a wire, not a credit card transaction, can't require anything more than a regular bank account on both sides of the transaction.

Is this an effort to take the pg investing trends essay to an extreme? Or an effort to quickly fill the deal pipeline for a new VC?

I'm a big believer in finding the candidate you're not supposed to find. Meaning, if you find the person you're supposed to find, then everyone else will as well. Plus, they probably already have the job you're offering.

Great post. I think one key to the whole program are the weekly deadlines. And of course the big deadlines. It's the same as not having a boatload of startup cash. It forces you to figure out what is really important. The trick is, deadline

Thanks again Jason. Your advice and insights were very helpful. I feel obligated to pass on what I learned: 1) Don't forget what it's like to not have your background in your industry. 2) Be very good at explaining what you do. Succinctly.
