Wetlands are highly protected. Hillside (which a road currently resides on) is expensive to “fix”.

Physically rolling dice is part of the fun and can lead to laughable moments. Another soulless app.

NTFS has Volume Shadow Copies. It’s a bit different since they’re scheduled snaps. SharePoint closely mirrors NTFS behavior which does do versioning on every change.

That road has been carrying gravel trucks for decades. The smart WSDOT engineers took into account the business with large trucks that is just a mile away when building this roundabout.

The area borders wetlands and a very steep hillside where one of the roads intersects. And the regular flow of traffic pre-roundabout was more like 60-65 mph. A roundabout was the correct choice.

There is no room for a traditional roundabout in this location and the gravel trucks from the nearby quarry can hop the very short curbs as needed. This roundabout is perfectly fine in practice.

I drive through this roundabout. It’s such a huge improvement. And little confusing at first due to being two roundabouts in one, but not hard to navigate.

I don't have an answer to that. But Communism was never implemented in it's "described" (or "pure", if you want to frame it that way) form. The Soviet Union was clearly heavily corrupted, among many other issue

Tariffs are a tax on Americans. The stuff still gets imported -- at a higher cost to cover the tariff.

It’s the maintenance of the software that gets tiring. Constantly keeping up with updates and security patches. That makes SaaS attractive.
