I'd like to recommend the WWW Trilogy by Robert J. Sawyer. It explores the thoughts behind the instilment of conciousness and awareness. A highly thought provoking read that has a lot of neat parallels to this article. https:/&

Have you seen guzzle's implementation of this? It's pretty useful and something I'd love to see split out of guzzle and made its own library. https://github.com/guzzle/guzzle/blob/master/s

Isn't that analogous to how a CPU only applies one instruction at a time? Replace the user clicking a button with an automated process and it's easy to see that the CSS+HTML is what is doing the actual processing. Alternatively, p

I've always seen "sanitization" as more of an output-encoding problem. People love to consider sanitizing the inputs, but how you do so doesn't depend on the inputs but on the specific usage of it - more-or-less the out

There are people trying to take care of some of that already. https://github.com/php/php-src/pull/301 was at some point hoping to get into 5.6 but I don't know what happened to it since then.

I love the benefits on single-page web apps, but the SEO issues associated with them and the current methods to get around it (using selenium to do a render of the html on the server?!?) keeps me from using them on things. It seems to me th
