I was so surprised by the first question that I actually tried it on my computer... Am I the only one who tried compiling : #include<stdio.h> #include<stdlib.h> int main(int argc, char *argv[]) { int i; int i=10; printf(&q

This story has come up around here in the past (and I also left a comment at the time :P ). To begin with, this is not a magic Lost/Avatar-kind of island! I am Greek from another island and I can confirm that Icaria is a very interesti

The whole article is based around the argument that "old cars are acceptable why not old software?" Am I the only one who thinks that whoever asks such a question shouldn't write about software and should (politely!) be given

Part of me is very excited to see such an advancement. The other part of me (the one that has been "beaten" by MS for so many years) just doesn't trust them. I would most certainly check their code but I would be extra-super

I do not think that hate is the appropriate word for it, though I have found myself almost hating this company in the past. I have thought about it, as it is not a rational thing to "hate" a company and I came to the conclusion th

   1) Interesting way to group people but does not strike very humane to me. Do you (or anyone else) realize that people are suffering? Suffering as in they have can not afford food and they do not starve only because of charity? Or that the s

Interesting view. Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Porto, Italy, Greece and Cyprus are severely suffering. France, UK, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Norway and Polland are more or less fine (even though I am not sure what the ineq

I would appreciate if you did not judge my opinion. I already said that I am not suggesting that everyone in africa is starving. At HN of all places I would expect people to RTFM... All I said is that I can not overlook a few hundreds/thous

I never said that every single person in Africa is starving, if that is where you are getting. All I am saying is that the percentage of people literally starving in this continent is so huge that talking about an affordable smartphone is a
