As cool as this looks I can never see myself placing something as important as my notes in a closed source app under a locked-in vendor. https://joplinapp.org/ does the trick for me, Synology NAS makes sure notes are copied

And cost could likely be mitigated by NOT using LEGO, which is a buzzword that makes the article, and rather opting in for literally anything else: like Meccano if it has to be a toy. Stay tuned for my $2000 Cheetos(R) four axis CNC.

This is true and creators use the system because it's the best exposure to profit ratio offered at the moment. One fact does not nullify the other. I'm still allowed to hate ads while I support content creators.

It doesn't have to have the accuracy, if both computers had their own atomic clocks they would end up out of sync every couple of years, just like GPS satellites do.

Exactly. Just like on the Apple's website: "If someone starts shooting at your iPhone: guard it with your body. Layers of tissue and fat should prevent the bullets from scratching iPhone's screen." Perfect business sense

"Acceptable ADs platform" they launched in order to "help small websites" soon filled with advertiser whales who voted with their money. Suddenly a lot of ads were classified as... acceptable.
