That's nice. Apparently, we can place the brackets around any of the characters too! Can you explain how it works?

If games sell well early into their release, the devs would be elated and motivated. Also they would get more money at the time they are hoping to get it.

I have always considered it to be a good practice to use disk encryption on laptops (or other mobile devices), but after thinking about the burglar scenario, I think it is better to encrypt the desktops as well.

Anyone else read it as "Mobile Ad Blockers"? I came here curious to see how ad blockers could be used as DDOS vectors. Well, I guess theoretically, it might be possible to overwhelm a device with a page which has too many elements

Yeah, it was a huge pain. I usually deal with fast GIFs by left clicking on the GIF at the required frame and then dragging that away from the GIF. That's the only way I can deal with such GIFs other than decompiling.

You'd be surprised to know the similarities between India and Pakistan, culturally. The differences are based on ideologies, but the cultures are quite similar.

On the other hand, getting visitors from HN wouldn't necessarily increase any revenue for them as being the nerds that we are, I doubt that many of us use a browser without an ad blocker ;)

Nancy Powell was known for her proximity with Hillary Clinton. Hillary Clinton on the other hand was very much against Modi getting to power. See for reference: http://www.sunday-guardian.com/news/obama-quietly-reverses

Well, one I can point out is Nancy Powell (former US ambassador to India). She failed to assess the popularity of India's current prime minister on time, for instance. You can search for it on the net.

While I don't quite agree with the ban on acid sale, please don't make it sound as if it happened due to a single instance of an acid attack. This had become a regular occurrence and the government only acted due to increasing num

Instead of asking questions, why don't you come up with some solutions. You see, reasoning doesn't quite work well with mobs. It is good that the government resorted to cutting the communications rather than resorting to violence.

Nice, carry on the FUD. You are conveniently ignoring UP, Bengal and several other states where violence is a daily norm. But because Modi is closely related to Gujarat, so it is the one singled out.

It's a community thing, I guess. Meaning, it depends on which community (online community in this context) you are interacting in. Such a thing wouldn't be so risky to say on 4chan or even Slashdot.
