Even caling this an example is a stretch... it's a hello world...that's it. I mean, at least show some conditionals, or something. We get it, your language is amazing, ok, so...can we see it now?

It appears there's a book? How can I see it without compiling it?

From where to where exactly did this experimental voyage take place? > Dr. Kaifu noted that the islands could be spied from the top of one of Taiwan’s coastal mountains, indicating intentional travel Image?

Why did they kill it? Were risks identified independent of eliminating mosquitoes, or was it killed due to perceived causal effects of eliminating mosquitoes?

Here's 2 or 3 cents: - Websites should (in agreement with TFA) just remain logged in (at least for 24 hours). Let the OS handle it. - Public computers should only ever provide ephemeral login sessions. Everything cleared upon each log

Well, for phones: phones can be lost or stolen. For desktops: an uncomfortable number tend to log in to public computers (eg libraries) without logging out and without understanding the implications.

I'm confused by this comment. Can you clarify exactly which poor design flow you're talking about?

I fail to see how this doesn't lead to "every possible world". Maybe some edge cases are ruled out, but it seems to imply every possible world as far as what that means to the imagination.

Your comment is funny but also not a joke. I think it's true. Some people seem to think this was a staged prank. I think the reality is that a lot of repos are just kids (or adults!) learning git with a friend and typing silly things i

It's a new repo. What do you expect? I expect a new repo to be empty or nearly empty.

Or...not. Why are you assuming this guy purposely grabbed the repo?

I find a bit of humor in the fact that this is completely unrequited attention. There's even a chance the guy is oblivious.

When describing qualia, all words are metaphors. This subject is an unscientific minefield.

Is it a coincidence though? You could have started with the phrase "outstanding in his field", recognize the double entendre, and simply consider whether it's anyone's actual job to "stand in a field". Scarecro

Side note but as a buyer looking to buy used tools from locals, Craigslist's UX could not be better. I just started using it recently (after forgetting about it for a decade). Absolutely the opposite of shit. Though I think maybe if on

Great...Samsung buying the competition. Denon makes great audio receivers. I expect them to turn to junk soon.

Bluetooth's latency is just too slow for a mouse. Heck, Bluetooth is too slow for audio, too, but most people seem to be complacent to latency.

Yeah, personally I love the Nest for its UX/UI for just basic functionality. I don't use any advanced features, don't connect it to the network, and frankly don't need any updates.

The website seems very vapid. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. Personally I see a lack of evidence here (that this vendor-locked product is better than existing freeware) and I'm going to move on.

"Manufacturing consensus" is, at least, the title of a separate book more appropriately fitting the theme of the article.

Had we named it "invisible matter", perhaps not as much controversy would surround it.
