i don't think the article is saying the problems are AI's fault, just that the success is not the result of AI. this is being promoted as an AI success story, but it's actually a fraud success story.

i use markdown because it's inherently limited to styling that is easy to represent. it's a good way to communicate the limitations of text-based content submission form. if you tell somebody they can use HTML, they get frustrate
