Here's a basic failure to even contemplate the motto that "correlation is not causation".

It's also weird for Japanese, typically the stroke order adheres to a certain logic, althought there are many exceptions (very roughly: top to bottom, left to right, trace a horizontal line before crossing it, do one stroke at a time,

All models are wrong, some are useful, yadda yadda. Of course it doesn't explain humanity, that's just bad clickbait. But clustering things together helps analyzing things according to a certain theory/outlook. You can use MB

I wouldn't hold up in any serious suit, but it could be a good patent trolling weapon. Let's hope that when IBM inevitably goes the way of the cuckoo, this does not fall in the wrong hand and/or patent reform has happened by

It's funny to me how wrong all of the answers of this thread are: These programs are too broad. / The talent is abroad. / This is a ticket for a Visa. Those may all be more or less true, but the broader issue of why these pro

Something being written in C does not mean "understanding or contributing is close to impossible". That's as much of a boogeyman as I've ever seen.

Is it really admirable though? If you remove the tether of software engineering, then CS is just math. I think what I like most in CS is when theory comes in support of SWE. Having something that is elegant and practically useful. (And I do

It would work if you somehow could get the value of `z` (the "return" value of `add` in the example). Then you have a unit test for `add` on its own, and if you also unit test `f1`, `f2` and `f3` (which it calls depending on the v

I think the issue is that this is a good heuristic, but a shitty rule. You'll do well if you follow it, but you can find another set of rules (or heuristics) that you can follow, and you'll do well too despite completely violating
