this paper http://cktse.eie.polyu.edu.hk/pdf-paper/Chaos-1209.pdf comes to mind. I admit, the mathematical model they came up with is somewhat above my head so I cannot attest how good it is. I just find the topic real

if your python assignment is solved by import solution and some additional fluff (tracking, telemetry and other anti features in Edge's case) did you really do your homework?

Predict the outcome of a roulette spin realtime. Write a fully machine vision aimbot for CSGO. Perhaps you could feed the mouse and keyboard input into the tracking algorithm to improve accuracy. You need to intercept the mouse input anyway

Despite the ever increasing scope of html5 and the shrinking ff userbase, I have yet to find a page that doesn't work correctly in ff. I really wish they'd face reality and retarget their marketing to their real audience with blog

I use this one too. I had to modify it to make it work behind nginx and without docker but otherwise it's working well.

μTorrent had(has?) a chat feature as well. Quite sad that on public trackers like mininova it was basically the place where everyone would write SEED PLS and not much else.

Barely anything other than good will protects you from the vpn provider cloning all network traffic and zipping it up in $YOUR_PAYPAL_EMAIL.zip and cashing it in at a data harvesting company. I'd be willing to bet 90%+ of vpn purchases

I would LOVE tpms and every other hardware security feature if the had an user override that allows me (and only me) to control what the device does. Basically the opposite of the current and forseeable landscape.

Real life example of this is probably something like zlib[0]. Easily on billions of devices. https://zlib.net/

All the examples you gave are end user applications. Closed source software meant for developers/professionals has a risk ranging from mild inconvinience like not being able to customize something to severe problems like not being abl

Nothing. Copyright enforcement bootlickers briefly join the swarm to grab all the IPs and thats it. They (in theory) only have claims on hashes they are payrolled to monitor. Also they need the tracker to cooperate so that rules out private

While a decent post, this is more or less inadaquate in 2021. Do a post on bypassing cloudflare/other anti botting tech using residental proxy swarms

His reply does make sense. In the age of self hosted game servers you could ping an admin on irc/xfire and have him decide if someone is following you through walls etc etc. Sure he couldn't possibly catch every player being smart

Extracting a single SGX private key is less desirable but nonetheless practical even if the hardware gets destroyed in the process. You could load the extracted key into an emulator and do your computing that way. It just does not scale unf

The problem is that the NRA is not big because of the people. It is big because of gun companies. Thats why their budget is 20x larger than EFF's. Privacy doesn't move units like gun rights move guns. Until this changes, privacy i
