Your own hardware could in theory, watermark the output from the secure element. By ripping the original stream you get superior quality and no watermark. As long as it's not economically viable to serve every user a unique version of

I don't get the worry about it being hackable. Sure, you could engineer the whole thing with crypto in mind from top to bottom. With trustzone on the chip and safetynet on the phons but what's that gonna achieve? The test is not d

I admit I might be more paranoid than the average person. This could work if we knew each other IRL or something like that but as it stands what you said is a nicely worded version of "Source: dude trust me." Accepting crypto paym

Interesting business but I can't help but be a bit worried. You promise not to monetize usage data and such but as a paid search engine, you are in the perfect position to do so. Even more so than Google or DDG since neither of those h

I never thought you could earn money with something so abundant and easy to download as non commissioned desktop wallpapers. Good job nonetheless!

Assuming most sites do not use comprehensive browser fingerprinting, it's not any different from having a dynamic ip and wiping cookies periodically. In both cases, assigning this data to a unique identifier that can be later tied to y

I've always aimed at making my shadow adtech surveillance profile as worthless as possible. Turning it into a net loss for these companies is even better.

Does it hang with ssh timing out? In that case, next time it hangs try opening it up and logging in via the UART interface available on most Synology NASes. Also it may give you extra info if the kernel panicks.

No one size fits all solution. You have to reverse engineer the way the script fetches and processes chunks and write a downloader or a plugin that instruments the running code and spits out the video data. When wasm released I speculated t

Weird to think about it because some people trust VPSes with their entire business and not just their email and phone backup like I would. The enterprise edition is out of my budget range unfortunately.

On linux you can use IceCat. On windows, download simplewall and block pingsender.exe there. Should get rid of the queries if you combine it with userjs tweaking.
