Alas, in unix, there's {mkdir A a;touch A a} Which is sometimes useful, but I see what you're saying.

Case sensitivity is a good idea for sorting/identifying between files/directories.

FWIW I tend to put directories first character as Uppercase and files as lowercase. this is useful when sorting and also identifying what type of file something is (so long as its a file I created).

In reality? None. Both give me lots of trouble. Red doesn't offer a good external program launch, which when things fail, I always drop down to sh. Rebol interestingly enough offers a wee bit more stability. but its age is clearly show

Rebol takes things further by identifying $ as a datatype. account/deposit $100 Nobody cares about rebol but I always bring it up in terms of expressivity.

I tend to use w3m with the documentation or a reference manual on a tiling wm. so as long as it works on w3m. So I do hope manuals should work in that way.

I think people are too used to huge projects. this one is 125 lines of C, in that space, you can express yourself shortly.

This? https://youtu.be/55234oZ0EDU factor[1] also looks like a nice language. In reality though? we should only code in CPP/C/JS [1] https://factorcode.org/

You can just use https://github.com/Nomarian/Awk-Batteries/blob/master/Units/... and use as so awk -f ./ucsv.awk -e '{print $5}' Also this > 4,"hello, \"world\&q

if the csv is RFC-4180 then it can handle it[0]. the only caveat is that you can't disable FS="" correctly. but a gawk -i ./csv.awk -e '{print $5}' would work on most csv files I've tried. https:/&#x

I find it so strange that podcasters use mp3 instead of using opus, considering the space savings, which you might think does not matter, but all of my podcasts are on my phone, which is always somehow running out of space.
