That seems like a text format on its own? doesn't even use RS/FS. Even when Translating it uses { (),; } that's 4 characters to indicate a tree. Maybe you could use FS=, RS=; GS=( US=) Is that what you mean?

Can you control what the bug will be? There's a reason why OSS licenses revoke warranties.

I have never once written bugfree code. ever. I can mitigate with a myriad of tools, but sooner or later, a bug will popup. Nobody writes bugs on purpose, so of course the idea is ludicrous.

I'm not complaining, I want to go back to the internet being a silly place, instead of an increasingly hostile and damaging to mental health (and sometimes lives). BUT that ship has sailed.

There's still money to be made with abandonware. GOG was buying and reselling dos games via slapping dosbox on it and making it playable.

It's nice that everyone is supporting this, I've written a portable awk module that takes control of the parsing and it is SLOW (and a little buggy). I'm a little bummed that nobody will use it but this is truly a step in the

If you ask someone they will give you their approximation of an answer. However if you told them if they would bet money on it, and promptly make them do so, you will find them saying IDK more frequently. Even this, I wouldn't bet mone

this would also really help the CLI in terms of auto completion, I see people go above and beyond writing completion scripts, which could be simplified instead by running --autocomplete or checking some file somewhere.

For nix: https://github.com/google/walk You can also use dmenu's stest to do the equivalent to find's -type f, { walk $PWD | stest -f }

Interesting, I've always thought of myself as an introvert because I like being in social settings but am reserved on interactions. With this definition I'm possibly an extrovert.

I wouldn't classify it as a major problem but as a failure of the system itself. If the system was self moderating, then you wouldn't even need mods.

I've read up on it and while the ideas are interesting, the wording is incorrect, you should not use a word that means exactly the opposite of what you intend. The moment you want to impose a system of any kind, you stopped being anti-

I'm not going to blame pre BC humans for needing light, especially when nocturnal creatures existed. If anything this is an absolute win, we are still burning something in order to produce light, but what we burn is way less of a pollu

Static compilation solves everything, that and cosmopolitan should solve the portability problem. Looking at redbean, we could be programming native applications in lua that would be portable across OS and be lean as well as static (and fas

I've never used love. It's certainly difficult if you're going with portability, and then add to that backwards compatibility. I've talked about this before, but I think the only way to do versioning is the way everyone
