Wow talk about a shitty web app. I spend a lot of money on contractors through upwork but the website is so terrible. Feels like they used bottom barrel developers off their own site.

For my projects we end up embedding the fonts with base64. Much more manageable https://amio.github.io/embedded-google-fonts/

Although I would argue you should not want the matte screen. They get washed out from ambient light and thus have poorer contrast than reflective screens that can reject ambient light (at proper angles).

Looks like a ton of similar extensions exist for Chrome as well. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tabs-outliner/eggk...

I use Gatsby and then teach clients how to write markdown. Then they edit markdown content in gitlab, once they save (commit), the CI/CD regenerates the website and deploys to S3/Cloudfront. There are other solutions, such as usin

I bought a Das keyboard for a friend. A year later with very little use, the keys stopped responding as expected and I was SOL with a shit product and no support from the company. I was disappointed since it was a pricey gift, but lesson le

Iceland has a fun system for last names. You last name is your fathers (or rarely, your mothers) name plus a 'son' or 'dottir' at the end. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Icelandic_name

I’m learning a new language now after moving to a new country and found duolingo was difficult to follow due to the artificial voice. Memrise has been great though, not only are the voices natural, the app shows a video of a native speaker
