Not sure what you mean by this. Most retirement accounts are investment portfolios. I don't think they meant that people should reinvest their entire portfolio in the offering, or invest money they couldn't afford to lose.

This is definitely a problem worth solving, and this looks like a nice solution. I like the use of weather as an at-a-glance shorthand. This is something I'd be looking at every day, and the faster I can glean the information the bette

That's... that's not how logic works. That's not how any of this works. There are multiple variables which contribute to the success of startups.

This is an important piece that is often overlooked. My wife and I rented a house in 2010 from a builder who wasn't able to sell it after the property bubble burst. After our first year term was up, they agreed to renew the lease, only

No offense intended, but I've seen this same posting here the past 3 months with the same description. Several people (including myself) have reached out to learn more and received no response. I'm sure this has drawn a good amoun

I'm sorry, but that just doesn't make any sense at all. All capital is not eventually spent; otherwise there would be no such thing as generational wealth. Technically speaking, I guess maybe over the course of the rise and fal

In practice, that isn't remotely true. People on the lower end of the income scale (are forced to) spend a much larger percentage of their income in order to meet their basic needs. People on the higher end of the scale spend more on a

The problem is that sales tax is an extremely regressive model. If two people buy $100 of goods, but one makes an income of $100K a year and the other $20K, the taxes are effectively 5X higher for the person making less money. No one likes

That argument doesn't really make sense. The type system is a feature of the compiler, so why would the output of the compiler need to be aware of it? Lots of typed languages compile to machine language, which has no inherent type syst

One major argument is that TypeScript gives you arity checking on function calls, especially as you're refactoring. Seems like a simple thing, but after using TypeScript I realized how much time I wasted solving things like that.
