It's the smaller ad networks and obscure sites that are more likely to have malware sneak into the ads, though, so it's safer to block everything.

I don't think geographical partitioning is necessarily the right approach, but it would at least force an interoperability/federation protocol to exist, which could (as it did in the phone networks, and as you suggest for clients)

I'd add data flows as another level above data structures. It helps to think about how data flows into, through, and out of a system, then it's more clear how the data needs to be packaged, and from there, the code follows semi-a

The point of a dynamic language is to be dynamic, ie you can do those things at runtime. With Rails you have the option of pry-rails, and you can get a list of descendants of important parent classes like ActiveRecord with this: https:&#

In Facebook's case they own some of their biggest potential competitors for attention and deliberately preserve their niches. So splitting them up might make a difference. But if not, requiring an open network akin to the telephone s

There seem to be memetic inoculations (i.e. core beliefs that reproduction at a high rate is desirable) in some groups that prevent those wonders from being worked. You eventually reach a point where all children are born to the uneducated

Apple could just use the vendor-provided OpenGL (AIUI most of the code is common between Windows and Linux for the major vendors), which e.g. for nvidia still happily supports everything from 1.0 to the present.

Not the OP, but actually putting the word "diverse" into a title makes it seem performative (talking the talk) rather than demonstrative (walking the walk). Science should really be more about the latter.
