As much as I'd like to see it, I don't think Windows will ever quite get there. Not, at least, in any recognisable form. They value backwards-compatibility way to much (which is to be commended in some ways, but won't save th

Personally, I think cross-platform support is more enticing at this stage. Especially since you could just drop the whole collection directory into a git-tracked folder, and have half of those features. Also, how do you feel about others (i

I've been wanting to create a file format like this for so long. Good job! The main thing I was thinking of doing differently was zipping the whole thing up, so that it would become a single file that you could pass around, similar in

I love this idea and it immediately reminds me of the Crystal Clear methodology [1]. A whole team being isolated together means you get more collaboration, cross-pollination and natural communication. It's not perfect either though if

I've basically given up. I just use [Launchy]( http://www.launchy.net/ ) instead. Although it's discontinued, so I should really find a replacement.

I feel a lot of these quotes are true of, not just America, but many of its allies, such as here in Australia. Aussies don't want to see themselves as poor, or in the lower socio-economic group. They all have aspirations of grandeur, a

That's because eBay changed the way they want to be perceived. They want to sell themselves as a place to buy stuff, like Amazon, not so much as a marketplace of individual sellers selling stuff. By basically removing buyer feedback, t

I bought something the other day on eBay and the seller sent me a collection of photos of the product being packed and posted. I think it's a great idea, even just for the buyer's piece of mind.

Really, this is more like [NeoVim]( https://github.com/neovim/neovim ), in the way it's structured and with its aim to rebuild its namesake in a modular fashion with swappable UIs.
