When I try to set __name__ with -n it says it's a bad flag. This is with the shell command. Is there something special I need to do?

Actually there is a startup called Counsyl that tests for about 1000 of those genetic diseases for about $350. I think you have to get it through a doctor though.

I disagree about the operator overloading. It's kind of like a hidden function that could have ambiguous connotations. It could confuse people because of the association with the traditional operations. For simple things like list addition

Where did you get your MBA? I have heard that getting an MBA is more about the connections you make than what you learn. Which school would you recommend if someone wanted to learn all of those things and didn't care about the connections?

A little knowledge is a dangerous thing. I'd rather have some more politicians who get economics 585.

I agree with this. I had an internship, and the mentor really made it what it was. Even if you can only end up at a mediocre company, if you have a good mentor it will be a success.

Thanks, I'll take a look. I am definitely more interested in case study, and reality than an idealogical system.

Thanks, I saw those but none seems specific enough. I've taken courses in macro and micro economics so I'm looking for something deeper, just on currency. I did also see khanacademy's lectures on currency relating to china, but it would be

I would love to participate in this discussion, but I feel like I don't know enough about the economics of currency to make any real contribution. Does anyone know of some good resources (online courses, books, etc)?

One thing that keeps happening: when I take a picture and finish cropping the app severely cuts off the right size of the picture. Any chance for a fix?

Woah, that is awesome! This is a pretty ingenious idea. Literally anyone who can sketch an idea, can prototype an app, and unlike other prototyping tools, there are no pre-built pieces to choose from, so the sky's the limit.

Hey here's an idea: Let people create their own challenges and let them assign some point values to them (if the person is a high scorer, maybe let them give the challenge higher points). Then other people can try to solve it and vote on us

We are really fortunate that CS skills are in such high demand. That this is even an option is pretty amazing. However, the day may come when the market turns down and the thing that makes an employer hire the next guy and not you is a piec

There seems to be some mistakes in identifying who voted for what... "I'm not afraid to say who I voted for. I voted for Obama cause lets face it, Romney's just a dickhead"

While this does make sense if I abstract out what a BGP is, I wish I had a deeper knowledge of how the Internet works. Does anyone know of a book that goes from the basics of networking up to how it's all assembled on a large scale? A "big

And is (peacefully) working to eliminate gov't illegal in and of it's self? Could congress vote to dissolve, or amend the constitution to massively reduce the size and scope of the gov't?

Thank you. I just spent 2 hours trying to subscribe to awesome subreddits. I do think there is a substantial increase in quality in the non default subs vs the default subs. Do you have any subreddit recommendations?
