While there is still a market for artisanal furniture, dishes and clothes most people buy mass-produced dishes, clothes and furniture. I wonder if software creation will be in a similar place. There still might be a small market for handmad

I don't think it's horrible , but I really do wish they would copy TypeScript here. Let me do this: const x: String | Int Instead of enum MyEnum { case string(String) case int(Int) } There&#x

Not sure about the point of your comment. Ok, doing work generates heat. But if the primary goal is to generate light, not heat, then incandescent bulbs are terrible at their job.

Maybe your analogy holds if driving and walking took the same amount of time. Plus "planning, implementing, validating, and reviewing" would be a bit like walking anyway in your analogy.

Maybe if they used their brakes all the time, but they don't. (Regen braking uses no brakes). That's why EVs, while heaver, require fewer brake pad replacements than ICE cars.

I seem to remember this happening to me, and I finally called them and they said something about a waiting period for new accounts? It might help to try calling their tech support for this as painful as that is.
