Would you still have a viable product if GitHub decides to performance-optimize their action runners? I get that performance is important, and if MS puts their weight behind it I can see them fixing their stuff and basically removing the ma

I quite like the dbcli.com family of TUI DBMS tools. I personally use pgcli a lot.

I think the more accurate alternative is that reality is messy and you can’t always put things in categories and models.

Ooof, that’s quite serious. Would be nice if there was a list of self-help/psychology books that are properly based on proper science.

I used to also think lightly of bandwidth and cpu but then I read a few things that Alex Russel wrote and now I’m of the opinion that every kb matters. Lots of people worldwide have shitty networks and shitty phones. If a website is a bit h

Sounds like a shitty situation, I’m sorry that it’s so hard for you. If you suspect ADHD: get tested. If you have it you can start applying ADHD-specific strategies, one of which is medication. I don’t have any tips for you but I do want to

There are top performers that have ADHD, there are also people with addiction problems without ADHD. But research tells us ADHD correlates with low academic achievement and addiction.

That the research here was mostly non-longitudinal really undermines how useful the results are. Even though our society has this data, it’s just in Big Social’s data vault. Would be nice if we could enforce them to let scienctists use this
