OK I had to write things down to try and make sense of this. If anyone is like me, consider this loop that loops 5 times... maybe it will help? defines = 0 tests = 0 increments = 0 defines++ for (let i = 0; i < 5; i++) {

That makes sense. I agree that RFID is probably the way to go. What I was thinking of was closer to what you are describing though, or to a supermarket style in-counter barcode reader. I don't know if there's a minimum barcode-to-

It is slow and the touchscreen is poor. The OS build that it shipped with wasn't very good, and updates have been slow and problematic. But. I've been happily using it as my main phone since I got it in early January, and I expect

I think the answer to the first question lies here: > Currently, the technology is limited in that it's a fixed single array. You wouldn't be able to use the Tactus keyboard in both portrait and landscape mode, for example. But

At least on Android, you can send SMS through the Facebook app, which is what I assumed they were referencing here. It doesn't send the message through Facebook in the sense of web-to-SMS gateway, though; it's just that Android ap

I agree with basically everything that has been said so far. Now, I don't drive or buy tires, but I do dabble in design, so here are the first things I see when I start nit-picking: * The nav text is too small to read comfortably. * Fo

The one-column layout looks great. I think you can improve things and keep the social integration, though. Right now, it's a three column layout, and the first column is basically empty. Which feels strange. If you move the left-hand icons

I think that this is because non-replaceable batteries in laptops and non-replaceable radios in lights are not directly analogous. For one thing (I assume) you could get the battery replaced/fixed at an Apple store if you needed; the real i

I wholeheartedly agree with this. However, I think it's weak that the 'best example' is to 'hazard a guess' that Sal Khan learns more from teaching than just reading. There's no actual evidence in that statement, it's effectively just backi

That doesn't make it not an easter egg, though. Most 'easter eggs' function perfectly for what they are, they're just also amusing and not entirely necessary.
