I assume something that is rare for a person like that would be to be told the whole, ugly truth about things. That kind of person would have unlimited talent willing to work with them, but finding someone who gives them accurate informatio

Strange that no one has mentioned Rockwell [1]. I use the original model in the shower without soap. I use Shark blades and they have been better than the Astra I had. [1]: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/rockwell-mo

Renting. People with the resources borrow money from family for down payments. People without borrow money from secondary lenders. My downtown condo up $50k/15% over the past 18 months but friends outside the core are flat or down.

The grounds are scientific, not logical: http://link.springer.com/article/10.1207%2Fs15327558ijbm1202... What you are describing is the broader context of innate drive for something. Meaning is a feeling you get from s

I have noticed a strong trend away from doing actual work, towards cooperation and collaboration as a means of increasing the upside of the small amount of work that is actually done, to ensure it is worthwhile and relevant work being done.

Anxiety and high IQ are linked: http://www.livescience.com/36259-anxiety-linked-high-iq.html so it is possible (I am speculating) that by reducing anxiety, you are reducing IQ. Not everyone wants to be smart, but it is not

I will add that for products with nutrition labels, label claims are way stricter in Canada. In the USA, a label claim such as 200mg of Caffiene or 200mg of Sodium must be true at the best before date in order to be valid, but there is no t
