I am seeing extremely positive results with Elixir too. Previously I was on Deepseek (deepseek-v4-pro) and GLM5.2 outperforms Deepseek easily. It's been a month since I used any native Claude models (simply because of pricing) but then

I hate how normalized this has become. Apparently Google has also taken the same route with Gmail.

Also I have to wonder why this made to the front page of a tech forum. One of the things I used to love about HN was that it was free of politics. These days it seems like there's just political propaganda everywhere in the guise of be

I wish hyperlinks used underlines. The worst possible UX is making your hyperlink resemble normal text, especially on a dark background. Sigh. Here is the direct link to the slides: https://cdn.prod.website-files.com/6889473

I couldn't believe all the negative feedback, so I took a good look on the homepage too. Yeah, it's all AI slop, only it's funded by YC. Honestly, for me, I don't see myself using this. I might as well start from a 2d sk

Sadly, this is the story of nearly every React project I've reluctantly inherited. In my experience, it's because React is not opinionated like its peers Vue and Svelte. So, a bunch of devs will use something for state management

If you use Phoenix, using types at the data model level using changesets and then trickling them down all the way to the UI is a very good compromise. As changesets provide type validations out of the box too.
