Doesn't it hurt range, but increase battery longevity? ISTR hot climates being more problematic for EV owners in terms of premature battery wear.

IIRC the rubber tires weigh 1000+lbs each, I wonder if the tires could be implemented differently using lightweight materials shifting their weight budget into hubmotor+battery.

With how massive the wheels and tires are, maybe hub motors with batteries packed in their centers could work. I don't get the impression that monster trucks strive to minimize unsprung weight, the tires are wrecking balls.

It didn't seem to be doing Alexander Shulgin any favors in old age, from what I saw of his later interviews anyways. Though he probably exposed himself to far more than just psychedelics.

One of my favorite effects of spending extended periods in solitude is how much more I appreciate being around people afterwards. It's akin to how nice a hot shower feels after spending a week backpacking in the wilderness.

When I visited Paris, around 7 years ago, it was by far 2-stroke exhaust that was the problem. My Parisian coworkers, who also rode motorbikes, explained it was because the licensing and vehicle taxes are tiered by displacement. So everyo
