SQLite hides a ton of complexity that lives in the filesystem Since they are using Go, couldn't you say the same thing about the Golang std library? As long as they know how to use a local file as database (do the swap, flush, etc...

Postgres is 9.5× slower when running on the same machine as the one doing the query I'm surprised by this, sure in-process is always going to be faster but still find it hard to believe that sqlite can be beat postgres in a single ma
