Sorry, you can still be paid cash in hand from most employers. Although most wont offer it. Pubs, bars, nightclubs lots of places you can be paid cash in hand. Just a lot of places choose not to do it as it's easier to manager there ca

In the UK it's not illegal. You can pay them in cash in hand. Most builders and workmen that do work in your homes are paid cash in hand when they come round, this is common. They just need to declare it with the correct authorities th

Yeah I agree with that, the internet has gone to shit in the last few years with this. The system is a bit messed, your going to have to sign up for three services minimum Netflix, Hulu and Amazon just to get about half of the TV shows. In

They're not really a host, you don't give them any files to use or to host for you, you merely switch your DNS settings and they cache your content.

They will have intended to make an app, and will have checked out both contracts that need to be signed with Apple, and Android and decided on not to persue developing for Apple. You have to look at these things before you start developing.
