   IMHO This is a good idea. One reason why I don't use twitter much is that a lot of tweets are uninteresting. Perhaps a Google-style Markov algorithm could work for filtering a feed.

   My Biggest issue is that when you take the leap from "side project" to start-up, there has to be reasonable confidence that the idea is unique enough to make it as a startup. Somehow I wont be building a search engine this week :)

   IHMO AWS Windows instances may not be ready for prime time. This issue seems not to affect Linux based instances. There are other cloud providers like the YC favorite, SliceHost - I have no direct experience with them but may soon try them
