One more thing to add, with any viral disease it is important to take rest and recovery very seriously. Putting yourself under stress with work or excercise before you are fully recovered will do severe damage to the body. You migt feel bet

Thank you! This article was extremely interesting. I think, after visiting a range of physicians, it's worth approaching my medical issues from a new perspective. I am kind of tired of having pain and discomfort dismissed as imaginary.

Studies and statistics also tell us that as a young person below the age of 50 you have a 0.01% chance of succumbing to COVID. Yet, you will read the stories of the unfortunate few as if it's NORMAL that this happens to people. It'

Also, I'd strongly suggest taking a closer look at Epstein-Barr. I know most people had it (mononucleosis/kissing disease) but some are way worse affected. It's a herpes virus as well, just sticking around. When I had it, it

My post is just pure conjecture, but I don't have a good gut feeling regarding natural origins of the virus. And if there would be any other origins it would never be disclosed. This is ripe for conspiracies but something about this do

I don't know why you are getting downvotes. Vitamin D is a hormone . Everything upwards of 4000 IU per day is currently disputed territory. It may be safe to take 5000 IU a day, some even suggest 8000 to 10000 IU per day. But studie

Sounds great. What's important to understand with high vitamin D doses is that overdoses can occur unregulated by the body. The regulation of vitamin D usually occurs before its synthesis after sunlight exposure. Supplementing synthesi
