One hack-y way to do it would be to load it via JavaScript. For example, see this stackoverflow [0]. Obviously not a great solution, but it works if your dying for something . I bet people w/ slow connections are much more likely to d

I just read it myself. For someone new to C, it was great to find a concise source of info on things in the modern C ecosystem and toolchain. For example, I appreciated the chapters on Autotools and Python bindings. Of course this info is a

I totally agree that captive portals suck and we should name and shame anybody using them, especially ones that are poorly built. But, there has to be some reason that these exist right? To get rid of captive portals, there needs to be this

Mis-seeing it as an array makes a lot of sense for the f(x) syntax. That's probably even more true than it would be in a higher level language like python, because you're doing more stuff like that. But for Python3 lambda type hin

Interesting. It's clear to me. It looks a lot people who had some confusion with the scope of x in something like ... f(x) = x^2 + 1 would also have problems quickly seeing the scope of x in lambdas that are present in a bunch

I like Germany's system of education, granted I went to a Gymnasium for a year, which seems like it's a better deal insofar as it sets you up for higher wage jobs. But to push back a bit, the sorting process in 4th grade is incred

Well, you'd ideally create different VMs for where you want barriers to data leak-age via cookies, history, session- + localstorage, and loading assets/scripts/etc from or making requests cross domain to 3rd parties. But to y

Have you seen Qubes OS [0]? I have never used it, but the video demo [1] looks to have exactly what you want. You define different "security domains" and can open applications in each. Each domain has it's own data and can ha

Ooh, thanks for the reminder about this subreddit. I've actually been there before and remember it being quite funny. Lots of examples of subtle (and not so subtle) product placement.

I've seen this a lot on the internet, especially on Reddit. And, I'm not saying it doesn't happen. Native advertising is everywhere now-a-days. But, people are always vague on details, which makes me somewhat skeptical. I
