Best case scenario a publisher will get 40% of the sale. That seems extremely low.

For about the past month I feel like I have had a ton of searches that returned irrelevant results. I use to be able to have a typo and other wrong things and it always did a good job until recently.

The amount of sales calls and PowerPoints are crazy with CloudFlare. AWS makes it soooooo much easier to spend money and their sales are so less naggy.

Cisco has been doing something like this with Angle of Arrival with a 16 antenna array for the past few years. It’s pretty cool but only works in perfect setups, and the antennas need to be mounted above you. https://www.cisco.co

PRG is one of the biggest in the US for camera rentals, its rather unexciting. They have all the cameras, but for whatever reason most of them you have to specifically ask for. https://prggear.com/product-category/camer

Original title is “ A Plant That Sterilizes Medical Equipment Spews Cancer-Causing Pollution on Tens of Thousands of Schoolchildren” but it was to long to get approved.

Cloudflare spectrum was what it was, has to dig up the emails. They wanted me to sign a 1 year contract with commit levels which is kinda hard with a growing product I was working on. I wasn’t even able to predict 1 month out let-alone 12.

My experience was with the UDP tunneling service and some general CDN stuff. Once you get past the published pricing then it’s sales calls and stuff like that.

Most of cloudflare features are locked behind sales, powerpoints, and a couple meetings.

This is fantastic, I wonder what the pricing will be. Cellular stuff is always expensive it seems.

Rotten episode on Chocolate is really eye opening about the staggering amounts of slavery, child labor, and corruption in the chocolate industry. Basically every brand you can think of is in on it. https://www.netflix.com/ti

I hope for enterprise customers it will allow pay as you go. We were really interesting in Spectrum and the price was in our range but having a contract for our current capacity for 1 year didn’t make sense. And our needed throughputs were

Hopefully WHIP takes off. It’s a standard protocol that would easily allow things to interface with WebRTC. https://www.meetecho.com/blog/whip-janus/ https://millicast.medium.com/whip-the-magic-bul

I run Hasura and Django. Django really excels at migrations and Django is nice to have a place to write admin views. For example a way to generate a report and manipulate the data in a way that is easy to use. No way to do that in Hasura.

He bashes VS Code at the end but that seems exactly what he wants. VS Code is more of a text editor then an IDE, and you can turn off all the “issues” he complains about.

I was raised that A and B were the only acceptable grades, C means you need to study more. But then I ended up dropping out of college so that wasn’t too helpful.

This sounds like a nightmare to me. Working for 16 hours, checking in with somebody every 30 min, only getting maybe 3x30 min break, telling people if I’m gone for more than 5 min, and just so much more. Seems like a great way to burn out.
