If you are drawn to research, look at the affiliations of the authors of papers that you like. There are pockets like INRIA, Galois, Tarides, but it really depends on what research you are interested in.

An antitrust case against Nvidia would not lower prices by forcing Nvidia to sell at lower prices. In fact, selling below cost is itself a practice that can be subject to antitrust scrutiny.[1] Rather, a case like this would lower prices by

A successful case would presumably reduce Nvidia’s markup on GPUs. That by itself would make GPUs more affordable and more widely available to people working on AI. The problem is if development of those GPUs has such a high fixed cost that

This is brilliant work, OP! A great use case for machine learning. Why does the arXiv non-exclusive license preclude the inclusion of arXiv figures in the published data set? I don't see how the conditions set by the license imply that

Another way to look at Rust is that it’s a programming language in which the goal is to garbage collect at compile time. I don’t know if it’s the first one to do that. Maybe ATS fits this description too with its linear types, and ATS itsel

I find Rust much better on this front than Haskell. Haskell has a much stronger culture of using library-specific operators and abbreviations for function, variable, and type names, than Rust does. In Rust, you can’t even define a custom op
