Except in this case, what is less profitable is investing in land/infrastructure that could serve as housing but leaving it vacant. That is not investment in housing, simply speculation on land and buildings. Investment in housing (ie

Secondary residence here doesn't mean your 2nd house as opposed to the 3rd, it means a vacation home (ie a place you own for your own use, even if it's not you main residence. As opposed to a rental property)

Because most of their revenue comes from property prices rising, not from rent. The renters are mostly a source of cost / hassle (gotta communicate with them/ fix stuff etc..)

You'd also need to disown it if you want it to persist sessions If you just bg it, it will still die when your session disconnects

Imo, the killer feature of tmux is that not only does it persist your shell, it persists your workspace. If I ssh into my server, i'm going to find my whole session as i left it, with the same tabbing / panes. This is a need kitty

Exactly. One of my favorite things about working in tmux is that my editor session persists, whatever state my laptop is in. Out of battery? Rebooted after updating the kernel? My workspace stays the same

This is something I saw a talk about a while ago. There are probably more recent papers on this topic, you might want to look browse the citations of this one https://arxiv.org/abs/2003.00307

This is also challengeable: while it is true that in a crash, a bollard will heighten the risks for a motorist, we have to consider that bollards look dangerous to motorists. Thus they tend to drive slower and more carefully around them.

My problem with {} is that the syntax for dicts {x1:y1, x2:y2 ...} and sets {x1, x2 ...} Are very close, and {} is slightly ambiguous. I've run into bugs because i wrote {} for the empty set. Since then i write dict() and set()
