I learned about apples tiktok via this post and I must confess as an old person, in terms of brands reaching young people, I find the content pretty cool (usually I either don't understand it or think it's lame): https:/

You might want to research hired.com original ideas, maybe poke around on wayback machine, they had some similar ideas.

My only problem with the last part is that your tarpits are you, and personally: I want to know you, not some version of you filtered or softened by AI. That to me is what makes HN great, how...jarring the reading experience can be, it'

On Claude Code (sorry) the big context window is good for teams. On CC if you hit compact while a bunch of teams working it's a total shit show after.

Is that why it says rate limit all the time if you switch to a 1M model on Claude now? It kept giving me that so I switched to API account over the weekend for some vibe coding ran up a huuuuge API bill by mistake, whooops.

They don't work well if you do that: https://arxiv.org/html/2509.16332v1 - they apparently require a sense of self to preform the way they do - You'd have to do it deterministically on the front end I suspect

I don't know most people, so I can't speak to that. I do know Jack, and I knew how he was under stress long before any of this AI stuff. Jack Clark might very well be the most steady hand in the valley right now to be quite frank.
