Where I live, there is a car sharing app which also offers Teslas. Each time I take a Tesla, I spend 5-10 minutes to set the basic stuff (seat, mirrors, steering wheel). And I know how to use a Tesla and their interfaces.

I can imagine them conceptually but not the actual sounds themselves. Same for a song; I can't "hear" a song in my mind but I can imagine it. Hard to explain.

The way they described it was more akin to mentally "grabbing" it. Like they would be able to place imaginary things they grabbed from somewhere else in a real physical space accurately.

Interesting, thank you. I've found some subreddits while trying to undrestand this and it's amazing what some people experience and how different it is for everyone. There is a person on r/hyperphantasia who says that they ca

I'm not sure if I have inner voice or not. Do you really "hear" a voice? I can imagine concepts as well as construct whole sentences in my mind but there is no actual voice that I'm hearing. Is this what's called in

No it's not asking government to regulate the pricing. If facebook said "it's 100eur/m or you can't use it at all" (which they'll never say ofc) then there wouldn't be any problems because it's t

Not OC but exactly. They have a "monopoly" on the comments by their HN handle so they're responsible for what's written from that handle. The same way Apple holds a monopoly on an ecosystem they created so they are respo

I am a happy user but just checked my usage and I'll need the 25$ package - which I think is too much for search. I'm cancelling unfortunately.

I was wondering the same. Yeah it seems like date formats are inconsistent. Maybe they need some other stuff than HTML.

I grew up in a Muslim environment and I know al fatiha and more. But I don't understand a single word of it or can't tell if what I recited is a word or a whole sentece. I believe 99% of the population in my country are the same.

Nvidia Founder's Ed. cards don't go well with sandwich style cases. The space behind the card heats as you use the pc and in turn causes the motherboard, cpu and other components to heat. If you're looking for a sff case for

Multiple displays works well if both displays have the same or similar dpis. When they are different like one is hidpi and the other one is not, you get scaling issues.

You're getting somewhere but still not complete. HDR formats we have today use 10bit or 12bit bit depths so that alone is a big difference. About the metadata, HDR10 uses static metadata meaning whole content will have the same metadat
