I'd say the same about Indian users like myself. The sort of people who are downloading this app on their last-generation hardware are unlikely to pay for in-app purchases, and definitely not for donations. Although you do have reviews

Statistical methods aside, this program's outcomes are super impressive! I'm generally in favour of direct, unconditional cash transfer programs where we don't pretend to understand what poor people need better than themselve

Which site lead to most high-quality leads? The most common freelancing sites just seem like a race to the bottom, competing only on price with developers in developing countries (heh)

Where online? Do you use any particular freelance marketplaces, or cold contact companies from their websites, or something else entirely?

Huh, so the wild-card user-agent will block not just searchbots, but also archivebots. Wonder how OP managed to get screenshots of archive.org having archives available for those documents.

Wow, all the US Department of State files have just gone missing from archive.org. The servers hosting those files are conveniently down.

Perfect timing, was just thinking about ways to do this, to store which images have already been viewed by the user, with fast lookups to ensure that the next image hasn't already been seen by them.

Anything special about Firefox OS or Firefox Desktop apps that prevents the use of companies whose full-time business model is payments processing? Or is the special thing about fxpay the ability to pay with your phone bill?

Wow I've been obsessing over Call of the Jewels for an hour now! Always awesome when a game without insane graphics can do that.

This is great! Perfect resource to share with my friends when they say that they want to learn how to make web pages, after I show them some basics of how to use the terminal and not be scared of it. Would anyone be interested in a fork of

They have issued a circular instructing ISPs to block the websites, but haven't made accessing the sites illegal for consumers AFAIK. There are perfectly good reasons to already have been using Google or OpenDNS that have nothing to do
