I believe you that you have best intentions in mind, but what you propose would lead sooner than later to what I wrote. There are examples in the present as well as in the history why it would be a bad idea.

It's incredible bad idea to bring people in the EU and house them in ghettoes surrounded with barbed wire to prevent them from leaving.

Programming in any language or paradigm is hard to do well. Since vast majority of software that we are using is written in imperative and OO paradigm it is probably safe to say that it doesn't require any special developer power as yo

I'm privileged. I get to see with my own eyes how a religion is getting formed in the 21 century in otherwise atheist west. We have the original sin (releasing of CO2), doomsday prophecy (destruction of the habitable earth) and now als

I'm happy that you now agree that C doesn't need an UNIX like environment to be portable. You haven't pointed out any lack of knowledge, you were just being rude. Again you are arguing with a straw man, I haven't claimed

ESP32 SDK is written in C, but can be compiled with C++. All the libraries for the WiFi, BT, FreeRTOS,... are written in C. Are you one of those people who think everything before their time was bad and only what they do is worth something.

Replacing switch, which is compile time construct (converts to an if-else statement or a lookup table or a binary search) with an object which is a run time construct (hash table) is pretty inefficient at least in compiled languages.
