So the problem is here you'll never be able to write the rule in a way that won't apply arbitrarily at least some of the time. Looking at that rule I'm guessing they wanted to disallow sex and nudity mods in games, which is p

First link: DMCA problems, this is super common but Twitch is reacting to a very poorly written law. Second link: Someone got in trouble for saying "America Deserved 9/11" which is a bit beyond a controversial political opini

The recipe itself can't be, but you can't just copy and paste recipe text from one website to another.

So as someone who cooks a lot, and gets frustrated by long blog like posts that lots of recipes have this day, this website is probably even less useful for me. The tagging system isn't being used correctly, Ham Sandwich is tagged wit

Neither are, and generally it's preferred to use another term. If you go to the CDC web page on variants for instance you'll see that it call sit B.1.1.7 not UK Variant https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nco

I don't think that is a good metric, in a couple different ways. First you can't universalize the tax rate of serfs like that, and serfs don't represent all peasants/lower classes. We are talking about hundreds of years

No, peasants had rights which varied immensely depending on their exact status and where they were. Still the aristocracy couldn't just kill them or take their stuff, and one of the primary responsibilities of the aristocracy or other

Prison in this time period wasn't really a punishment thing, it's what you did when you were trying to ransom someone you captured in battle mostly. Punishments would have mostly been fines, with some corporal punishment and of co

I'm not sure how COVID has effected it, but for the past years France has had a higher prime age labor force participation rate then the US, so it doesn't seem to be causing that issue.

An accountant once told me a loophole is just someone else's deduction. I don't think you can even just go with the intent of the law, 401ks famously weren't intended at all, they were a loophole that are now viewed as a pill

Pulp fantasy started before Tolkien, Howard and Burroughs are more important for that genre. Tolkien is what took fantasy out of the pulps and started the hard cover doorstopper fantasy series.
