The first website I built was a static HTML/CSS website for a family members party hire business. And this was only about 5 years ago.

That's because the actual DOM isn't what devs look at. Its the vue/react dev tools. The real Dom is full of layout divs.

Reddit changed for the worse when they shifted from community focus to business focussed. There are so many ways that changed the website and everyone will tell you the same. The redesign was the last straw that got me to leave the website.

Yes, Firefox has been consistently blocking nasty advertiser tricks each release and it supports ad blockers on mobile. The latest Firefox release has a built in list of tracker domains to block and next release blocks auto playing video.

They dont need to throw huge amounts of money at it. Reddit was much much better a few years ago. Its next to useless now.

It was just stuff like building power supplies and little Tesla coils. Every few weeks I'd get sent cool videos like a lightbulb being wirelessly lit up by the coil.

He has a boyfriend and no kids so I guess a high paying programming contract is easily enough to cover his needs.

Pricing changes are a real issue. Google maps spiked in cost and those who were using leaflet JS just had to change a few settings to switch to another provider. Those who built using googles map js are locked in.

And now a short time later they basically all work again but its better than ever and less work to maintain your extension.

I feel like there may be a need in the future to come up with trendy facial coverings. Might be useful to combine them with practical features like partical filters. Its also insane how you can be fined for swearing. Sounds like the police

It was good enough to stop bob on floor 5 from hogging all the CPU and preventing Jim's buggy script from deleting everyone's emails.

Journalists actively go out of their way to find adverts on controversial YouTube videos and then they email the companies involved as well as publishing it on their website to shame the companies who did not pull the adverts from YouTube.

Most payment processors ban selling adult content and the ones that don't explicitly ban it will often kick you off. A developer posted about it a little bit ago (since deleted). People pay for porn subs and then their wives see it on

Any one of those could be wrong but all of them together are almost impossible to fake. The source of the video is also important. What incentive does a petrol station have to fake a car theft? If you can prove that the station owner is som

Businesses can still buy all the domain names they want just like they can now. The owner of a small business just needs 1 domain for their cafe and maybe one more for personal email.

Domains already require your real life info. Just give something like 5 free domain names per person and tie it to their ID. There exists more than enough useful domains for everyone its just most go unused

I wish there was a system where each individual is entitled to a few domain names for no cost on their local cctld. That way real users get the domains they want and hoarders have to pay.

The majority of things in patents could not be kept secret. What we end up with is disposable products because every part is patented so you can't make replacements or other devices that are compatible.
