Here's a question for you, then. Has any thought been given to the accessibility story for Eve and tools like it? As a blind developer, I always get a bit nervous when the future of programming is discussed in terms I've read used

Answering my own question: Google led me to an 8-page forum thread on the subject. Checking it out now, and spinning up a Vagrant VM to play with the Linux version's text mode (it segfaults for me under Windows, unfortunately.)

Does anyone know enough about how this game works internally to know if alternative interfaces and presentations are possible? I'm blind, and have wanted to play this game ever since I heard of it years ago. I used to play console-base

For interpersonal transfers, I had good luck with Dwolla for a while before switching back to Paypal for faster transfers. If they go through with this, though, I guess I'm back to Dwolla if they haven't yet gone evil. Was pretty

Silly question, maybe I just can't find the correct keywords to search. Are there any Smalltalks that allow coding/interaction from a text-based console? Maybe line-oriented commands with $EDITOR used for coding? I've wanted

I've been using Scala for years and have been eying Rust for a while. Nice to see lots of the things I like from Scala carry over. In particular this seems like a less magical version of Scala implicits, which seem incredibly cool at f

All of the below examples aside, why not? Why should your wanting to hide something be any more sinister than what you want for dinner? And if you yourself don't have anything to hide, awesome. Is it not worth protecting my right to

The ADA is indeed retroactive if the modifications would not pose an undue burden on an establishment's business. In this case, I assure you that the undue burden clause does not apply. There is also a difference between negotiating in
