Fitbit is another option as well. I've had that for about 3 months now and love it. I don't wear it when I sleep though, but for all other times. It helps me gauge days when I need to get more exercise in. http://www.fitbit.com

Good advice. How do you recommend contributing? That's one thing that confuses me. Let's say every month I have excess income, how do I decide when and at what interval to put that money into a given index fund? Do I just set an automatic t

I make good money, but not at any position to be an angel investor. My main goal is to grow my net worth and not lose money because it sits in a bank account somewhere and loses because of inflation

My limited reading and research into stock market investing. I liked the sound of low cost management as opposed to mutual funds, as well as history has shown index funds to do fairly well. I have chosen funds based on companies I respect t

Very good point. In addition, so many things cannot be represented digitally in dating/flirting. So much body language and unspoken signals go into reading of interest and intrigue between two people. Albeit my knowledge of dating sites are

In support of original post, I did not know what it was either. A simple tooltip or hover could have solved. Even if it was a title tag filled out for the image. Just saying that not everyone recognizes that icon

I agree. Generally with smart basketball players, there TO's go down as they get familiar with the pace and level of play. A comment struck me the other day by an announcer, Lin has never played against 7 footers before. Whether that's true

Please indulge my ignorance... Maybe a chemist or someone better versed can answer; are we close, or is it plausible to construct a star trek like replicator to rearrange atoms to form new substances such as water?

Excuse my ignorance, but isn't this quite similar to how banks work? I was under the assumption that banks don't have enough cash on hand to pay out all clients if everyone decided to withdraw.

Building a service that is dependent on another service is always a risk, but this is a very nice and simple app that a lot of the "social media" sides of companies could utilize. It's a great idea to make some extra revenue and I think has

Would be cool to have an example of this running on websockets and get rid of the request/response latency that most autocompletes have. Keep the socket open when the text field is focused and you should be able to cut down the response tim
