Don't worry, I had the same question. From what I can tell, 500 Startups prefers if you've already been incorporated, (unlike YC) but I'd be surprised if they won't help you incorporate if they like you.

The UIWebView is slower than Mobile Safari because it's missing the Nitro Javascript engine. (Apparently, for security reasons.) I suspect the Facebook HTML app would have run decently had Nitro been in UIWebViews. You're right, it doesn't
