There was a great thread some time ago on HN about PKB (personal knowledge base). You might find there a lot of info. It prompted me to look for new solutions, I made a good progress but I'm still not happy. The best thing I use and ca

PAK FA is designed to compete with F-22 not F-35. F-35 is single engine, different machine.

Families of victims can sue. Like with Yukos case, foreign Russian assets can be arrested to pay for damages. It will probably take many, many years and maybe one of future Russian governments will decide that it is better to close that cas

Why do you bundle fizbuzz with some legit algorithms that require some knowledge? Fizzbuzz is a gimmick, deliberately picked as something very simple to filter out clowns. I can't imagine a more simple programming task. Any suggestions

Could you elaborate? I'm in a place where stuff does not matter anymore (never did actually) and I try to focus on experiences. Is that path also a mistake?

Very cool! It seems that you weight karma a lot. In 2016 3rd book is about fractals (I'm sure its great) but probably only because its recommended by user with 110k karma ;) On the other-hand its a great idea to find less popular gems.

TIL, I guess that making Ruby 3.0 3x faster (3x3 initiative) and adding optional static typing at the same time might be quite hard.

It's not on agenda and it will never happen. There are so many languages with fine typing, why break a dynamic one by adding stuff to it?

Where do you got that data? Russia has 2500 2000s+ era MBTs? Where? Which ones? Armata is not in mass production yet. The only other modern tanks you 'could' consider is T-90 and maybe T-72B3 which is deep modernization. Both are
