It's hard for me to believe that all the smart, capable company executives involved in planning and execution of operations in and around China are oblivious to IP risks. There is an obvious upside of operating in Asia, both cheap labo

Um... Why the down vote? "Terrell used a sensitive air-quality meter to demonstrate that one high-end HEPA system brought the particulate count in a dusty room down to virtually zero. His homemade system brought the count down to about

Ok, maybe this is a silly question, but I am a millennial.... Question: what is a mainframe and why would I want one? In my mind I think of it as a big, but inelastic, compute resource. If that's true, why wouldn't I want to use s

Also, for folks interested in general "drone" (aka research/commercialized/militarized robotics) news, the http://dronecenter.bard.edu/ newsletter provides fantastic weekly coverage.

If you want a mavic, just buy a mavic, building something with this level quality / reliability is not worth the effort. The advantage to building your own is that you get a different type of quad -- a racing quad which feels more like

iTerm2 for me. With command + tab and command + ` I can code without a mouse. Terminator is ok, and windows, well... Nothing is as usable as iTerm2, at least for me. Plus, it just works, no need to remove old kernels or Windows update bloat

As much as I dislike the inability to repair or upgrade the new mbp 15", I have to agree. Mine works great.

The irony is that while the Bay area is screaming for globalization and free trade, against rising nationalistic trends, city-level protectionism is the norm now and only expanding.

Haha, ok. Thank you again for all your hard work! Iterm2 is 90% the reason I pay a premium for a Mac. I would gladly skip paying the apple tax and put the funds toward iterm2 on other platforms if it ever becomes available :)

This is insane. The ppl it is going to hurt the most are the tinkerers and innovators. As long as you assemble your completed phone / tv in China it doesn't matter. But for hackers trying to build cool stuff or develop ideas into
