im not an expert on a11y best practices, but id say an <img> tag with alt text is enough for inline SVG, i read somewhere you can use <title> and <desc> to describe the SVG document, but i don't know how they work in

What I do is I git clone --recursive and then init a colocated repository. JJ will find the submodules and ignore anything in them, it works decently well.

iirc WASM bytecode closely resembles V8 IR. If you're writing a JS engine, might as well provide a more direct frontend to it... I don't think it adds much.
