My roommates' dog is a half pit and he is extremely friendly and well behaved. It's true that pitbulls are more likely to have aggression problems but the rate compared to the base rate for dogs is not as different as you'd t

Yes but that means your home is now worth a fortune and you can sell it for a windfall.

No it wouldn't. Homes generally pay less tax. The biggest tax increases by far fall on parking lots. LVT improves home affordability.

Just because Palestine is weak doesn't mean this conflict isn't a war. You usually don't see wars like this because generally governments know better than to attack states far more powerful than them.

The sad thing is, aside from the feature bloat, Edge is actually very good in terms of performance. And it has genuinely useful features like vertical tabs, workspaces, etc.

This is why we need AGI. Civilization is unsustainable. Without a godlike intelligence to fix things, it will collapse, probably within the next 200 years. Maybe much sooner.

delta-9-THC is terrible for anxiety, and isn't that good a cannabinoid in general. HHC is much better imo. No anxiety either.

Pirating was annoying and I was happy to sign up for streaming services, but I just canceled my Hulu due to the price increases. Fortunately I haven't been kicked off my parents' Netflix yet haha. Not that there are any good shows

That's not true, there are ways to make pressure-bearing parts such as barrels without machining tools.

I have an Elegoo Neptune 2 because it's basically the cheapest decent printer you can get. Main complaints are lack of auto bed leveling, noise, and lack of direct drive filament feeder. Overall I have gotten quite a lot of value from

Ridiculous. How dare poorer students be allowed to save money by making compromises on their living situation? All standards must be based on the preferences of the upper-middle class.

Great example of why referendums should have quorum requirements. If turnout isn't at least 25%,the result should be void.

The problem is that their software is trash. The new Steam update is so nice. On Epic you need to reinstall your games when you reinstall windows, you can't just point it at a directory. Steam has had that for like 15 years.

I think in carbon tax calculations typically carbon is priced at around $50/ton so this is a bit pricey as carbon removal but not crazy. Plus it can be used to improve grid resiliency.
