I'd be down with the war on disinformation if it were universal and equally applied. But how it apparently works in practice is the powerful routinely engage in disinformation while accusing those who point out hypocrisy, ineptitude an

But... contrary to what OP states, Trump didn't say that. "He might as well have" is not accurate either.

Of course Bernie wouldn't call on his supporters to storm the capital. But then again neither did Trump. That didn't stop some of them from doing it however.

I've worked on a few sizable (~100+ tables) Django Rest applications and have yet to run into all these fabled type safety issues that would prevent refactoring. Serializers and hygienic procedures seem to take care of whatever might h

Ok maybe. If they were banned initially. But banning them immediately after successful action against existing financial interests for "homophobic slurs" (or whatever the excuse was) is just... well, an excuse.

Almost every platform with a meaningful user base is going to have "violent calls to action" depending on how it is framed. Most especially those with slow/poor moderation. I'm guessing "violent calls to action"

This is a much more practical answer. Point #1 seems exactly right. Even without modern SQL arrays one could even keep references to place, per user, in a simple comma separated text field and munge it in code. Elegant? Probably not. But pe

From memory, there weren't as many obese people back in the 80's/ early 90's. Being really heavy was a thing that made a person stand out. I think it's a lot more common now but that might just be selective memory.
