Suggestion: let them sell X% of their vested shares as well. Ive heard of a company that did this with X=10. You could buy it from them too if investors do not see the value in cashing them out.

I agree with the comment on zero overlap currently. However, I look at it more like google and android. Perhaps fb feels that it is better to have some voice in the crypto/blockchain ecosystem than none.

How about a Levenshtein distance threshold for new package names to be accepted? I.e only allow names that are different enough from the existing set to avoid typos (or whatever errors we are trying to guard against)?
